The Managing Director and Facilitator of ETCS is Trudy Edgar-Louis. Trudy has been exposed to both the Public and Private sectors (Banking and Retail) for over a period of 19 years, serving in various capacities from Banker to HR and Learning and Development Manager. Human Development and Performance Improvement have always been an area of interest to Trudy. In November 2014 she joined the LMI Caribbean team and acquired the LMI Licensee for St. Lucia, with eyes set for the wider OECS islands as well. As an LMI Licensee, Trudy Edgar-Louis is responsible for marketing and facilitating executive, leadership, and management development programs to private and public sector organizations.
